Japan Visa Requirements

Requirements on How to Apply For Japan Visa.

1. Philippine Passport
 Broken passport is not accepted.
 Passports must be signed and must have at least two (2) blank visa pages.


2. Visa Application Form
 Application form should be filled out all items correctly, if item is not applicable, please fill in (N/A). Embassy may not accept application with blank item, no signature or no date in the form; may deny the application that is filled out incorrectly or has wrong information.
 Do not use liquid paper as means for erasures. Corrections must be crossed out with a double line only.


3. Photo
 Specs: 4.5cm x 4.5cm, with white background.
 Photo must be taken within 6 months.
 Please write applicant’s name and birth date on back side of photo.
 Photo must be pasted on the application form.


4. Birth Certificate ORIGINAL
 Must be issued within one (1) year from PSA.

 If birth certificate is unreadable or has incomplete information, please also provide birth certificate issued by the Local Civil Registrar.

 If birth certificate is “Late Registration”, please submit in addition, a Baptismal Certificate and School Record (Form 137) from high school or elementary and School Yearbook (if possible).

 If there is no record in PSA, please submit a “Certificate of Non-Record” from PSA together with a birth certificate from the Local Civil Registrar.

5. Marriage Certificate (if the applicant is married) ORIGINAL
 Must be issued within one (1) year from PSA.

 If there is no record in PSA, please submit a “Certificate of Non-Record” from PSA together with a marriage certificate from the Local Civil Registrar.

 If marriage certificate is unreadable or has incomplete information, please also provide marriage certificate issued by the Local Civil Registrar.

6. Daily Schedule in Japan (TAIZAI YOTEIHYO) ORIGINAL
[If applicant will shoulder part or all of his/her travel expenses]

7. Bank Certificate (PERSONAL) ORIGINAL
 Validity of Bank Certificate is three (3) months from the date of issue.

8. Applicant’s Income Tax Return (Form 2316) clear Photocopy (latest)
[If Guarantor who lives in the Philippines will shoulder part or all of the applicant’s travel expenses]


GUARANTOR REQUIREMENTS

9. Guarantee Letter (Embassy form) (Signature/Seal) ORIGINAL
 If Guarantee Letter is of personal format, it must be addressed to “To: (Ambassador/Consul-General) of Japan”

10. Proof of relationship between applicant and guarantor (e.g. Birth Certificates etc.) ORIGINAL

11. Bank Certificate (ORIGINAL) and ITR (from 2316) clear photocopy of Guarantor
[If Bank Certificate is under the name of the Company]

Click Online E-visa application, On the bottom part click E-Visa 


Click confirms and continues right bottom




Click on e visa application E-VISA




Click  I have read the above information



Fill out the information in the Visa Application Form

When completing all the information in the Visa Application form you will see this Text back.
Click I agree




Check the spelling of your Name and Click to process e visa



Again check the Details you have put in if there is wrong spelling, you must go back and change with the correct information.

*Encode your Email address where they will send the receipt for payment and the approval of the visa.

*Copy the Temporary no. and paste it to the E-Code

*Encode  your Purpose of Travel

*And click Next.



The Payment page will appear to check your details again before proceeding to payment. And click To Pay




You must have a Credit Card or ATM Savings so that you can proceed to your application.  And Click To Pay.




Print the confirmation of your payment, and you will receive an email that they receive payment.
Email Confirmation of the E-Visa Fee Payment.




I waited for two days from the starting from the date where I submitted my application online July 5, and the second day On July 6, 2017, 4:07 pm I received an email from Taiwan Embassy that my E-Visa has been approved.

Read the Email carefully and if your E-Visa is approved you need to Click to print the E-visa.




You will be redirected to this page to know the status of your application. You can copy your application number and you will also input your passport no. and the verification code and click Query.



You can see the result It’s APPROVED and you can click on the download for you to see the E-Visa of Taiwan

First Travel For The Year 2017




Crystal Beach Resort

Feb, 24-25, 2017




Victory Liner Bus Station Caloocan


Take the Bus IBA- STA. CRUZ and tell the driver to drop you off in San Narciso, Zambales 

Near San Sebastian Church. (note. Tell the Conductor you will get off in San Narciso, the fare will be different more cheaper, than IBA)


We arrived at the Bus Station at 11:30pm, we wait for the Midnight Trip 12:30 as Chance Passenger

as early as 12:15pm the Bus start to leave the Terminal.


Long night trip but fun with My Big Brother, My Sister and My Brother's Girlfriend.





First Bus Stop at 1:49am



Do your personal things, they have Big Comfort Room with lots of compartment.

They have canteen you can grab something to eat.






After 10 minutes, resume the road trip going to forever, oh sorry going to San Narciso Zambales :)


Reached San Narciso at 3:50am  in the waiting shed San Narciso

There were Tricycles in the other side of the road,  just tell them Crystal Beach Resort.


Finally We reached the Crystal Beach Resort at 4:00am.



Went Directly to Front Desk and Ask Info and Pay for the Entrace fee for Day Tour.

Since We are just Day Tour entrance Time  6am to 6pm, while waiting we took our nap in the lobby they have wooden chair there you can take a nap.

Finally 6am we enter the Beach wow its amazingly beautiful and you can feel the cool breaze of the sea.

 At 9:30AM we start swimming enjoying the big waves, the sea is not that shallow you. You can also see someone is doing the surfing, they offer surfing lesson you can ask the front desk about it if you interested.

Now its the time to take lunch there is Restaurant inside the Resort, but we choose to eat outside, just in-front of the resort you will see many small Karinderia there are many food ready to eat. 




Sanvid Karinderia they have lots of foods to offer.

But in our case we went to Bayan near across the street infornt of 7Eleven there is Affordable Karinderia. We Ordered One bucket 7pcs of Chicken whith 4 Free Rice For Php 320.00  



Fried Chicken For Lunch 

Plus 2pcs of Extra Rice worth Php 10.00 each.  We also ordered Dessert worth Php 50.00 each that is good for summer and Fries For my Sister one order Worth Php 35.00

after eating lunch we head back to the resort ride Tricycle Php 15.00 each. along the way you will pass by a small cemetery going in the beach. you will also see the Plaza, there's children playground in the plaza and you will also see the beach from there. Its near the resort two block from the resort, we haven't got any chance to go there.

Take Victory Liner Caloocan, Pasay or Cubao choose the bus station which is convenient to you.
Board Bus bound to Sta. Cruz - IBA
Note( Tell the Konductor San Narciso, Zambales and drop you Beside San Sebastian Church)
Take Tricycle Going to Crystal Beach (note: Php 15 each is the Fare)
